Menlo Engineering Proudly Announces Our New Executive Team!

It is with great pleasure that we announce the new executive team of Menlo Engineering Associates. Gregory Oman, William Lane, Scott Turner, Kenneth Grisewood, and Robert Gill have all officially been named officers of the Company.  They have been an integral part of our Firm for many years and are all committed to continue providing the personal service, expertise, and professionalism that has become the cornerstone of Menlo Engineering over the past 50 years.  Developing an executive team with a broad range of experience and knowledge has always been an important part of managing our company for long-term success.

The key organizational moves we've made to help prepare us for the opportunities and challenges ahead include:

  • Gregory Oman has been named President of Menlo Engineering.  Greg has both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology (N.J.I.T) and has been in practice for 21 years.

  • William Lane has been named Executive Vice President of the Company.  Bill is also a graduate of the Civil Engineering Program at N.J.I.T. and has been in practice for 32 years.

  • Scott Turner has been named Vice President of the Firm.  Scott is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Program at N.J.I.T., is a Certified Municipal Engineer, and has been in practice for 30 years.

  • Kenneth Grisewood has been named Vice President.  Ken is a Landscape Architect and Professional Planner with a degree from the University of Kentucky and has been in practice for 37 years.

  • Robert Gill has been named Vice President of Menlo Engineering.  Bob has been a key employee and Project Manager for Menlo Engineering for 32 years and is particularly skilled in hydrology and sanitary engineering.

In the coming months, we will be posting individual profiles of our new executives, as well as other key Menlo personnel, to give a more in depth look at our leadership's experience and professional achievements.  All of us at Menlo Engineering look forward to continuing and expanding the first class service our Company has become known for.  And, while Fred Coco and Jule Szalay have taken new part time, advisory roles in the Company as they begin the move to retirement, they will still be on hand to assist with the new transition for the next two years.
