Sudler Announces Long-Term Leases in Cranbury

The Sudler Companies has announced long-term leases for their two new state-of-the-art facilities at the Cranbury Corporate Park.

Online retailer, RUGSUSA, has leased the 342,000-square foot building at 286 Prospect Plains Road and office products company, W.B. Mason, Inc., has leased the 416,000-square foot building at 300 Prospect Plains Road.

The 70-acre portion of the Cranbury Corporate Park previously housed a 500,000-square foot office building, which was torn down to make way for the construction of the two neighboring buildings in an adaptive reuse of the property to meet the increasing demand for industrial space in the region.

The overall 225-acre Cranbury Corporate Park encompasses 2.1 million square feet at interchange 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike and is currently home to tenants including United Stationers, Tommy Hilfiger USA, and Ford Motor Company.

Congratulations to Sudler on a successful redevelopment project!  Menlo Engineering is proud to be part of the design team.
