BridgePort 1 Logistics Center Wins NAIOP’s Industrial Deal of the Year Award

Congratulations to the BridgePort 1 Logistics Center in Perth Amboy - the recipient of NAIOP’s Industrial Deal of the Year award. 

A 103-acre brownfield redevelopment site located north of the 440 Outerbridge Crossing along the Arthur Kill, the project has become a modern 1.3 million-square-foot warehousing and distribution complex.  Occupying the largest building, Target has established its first distribution center in the State of New Jersey.
