The mixed-use development is situated at the center of Metuchen’s downtown. In addition to Middlesex County’s first Whole Foods Market, current phase 1 tenants include Verizon, Massage Envy, Euro Wax, Super Cuts, and Leonardo Jewelers. Phase 2 is set to offer 80 apartment units and 2 retail strips, while phase 3 will include Title Boxing Club, Jersey Mike’s Subs and 4 additional retail tenants.

​Menlo supplied civil engineering and landscape architectural services for the project. In their marketing materials, the site plan is described by Renaissance Properties as "thoughtfully designed" and "accommodating to both customers and retailers."
