Denholtz Associates Announces Jersey Mike’s Subs opening in Clark

Denholtz Associates announced earlier this month the opening of a new Jersey Mike’s Subs store at the 13,142-square foot retail portion of the Clark Commercial Center at 301 Central Avenue. 

The new store is the first to open in the space, with several other tenants, including Waxing the City, CKO Kickboxing, and Trinity Rehab, slated to open this summer, and a Dunkin Donuts still proposed for construction at the site.
